Integration with Slack allows you to receive notifications and analytics from Ace in Slack.
❗ To connect the integration, you have to be a server administrator in Slack ❗
Open the "Settings & Billing" section and go to "Integrations" tab. Find Slack in the list and click "Connect with Slack".
If you have multiple Slack workspaces, in the upper right corner, you can choose which server to integrate with Ace. Give consent for the app to access your workspace at the end of the page.
If you have team members in your Slack workspace who are not yet using Ace, we will suggest inviting them to the system. Check the boxes next to colleagues' names to send them invitations. And click "Done" to the right of the list. Ace invites will come to users in Slack.
If Ace already has your Slack colleagues, you can map their Slack accounts to Ace accounts. Click on the "Invite to Ace" button and select a colleague to match from the list. Click "Finish" to the right of the list to complete the integration.
