Meetings module is designed to help teams make performance management part of their workflow. You can create regular 1:1 or team meetings to discuss tasks, growth plans, skill reviews, OKRs, employee positions, receive recommendations etc.
Use the navigation to browse to the Meetings module.
With Meetings you can hold:
1:1 meetings - face-to-face meetings
Team meetings - department-wide meetings
With Meetings you can:
Create discussion topics and items (a list of questions or topics to structure a meeting), or use ready-made templates
Leave comments on discussion topics (visible for yourself and others)
Create tasks from scratch or left comments and send them to task managers (integrations required)
Check and update team development data: create development plans, review skills, set OKRs, etc.
