Self-review allows peers to assess their own progress and productivity. This is an opportunity to find the gap between a manager's and an employee assessment.
How to create a self-review?
Start creating a review as usual. In the step where you need to select reviewers and members, switch to the "Self-Review" tab. And select the members who will have to take a self-review.
How to activate a self-review option in a regular review period?
When creating or editing a review, once you have assigned all members and reviewers, remember to click the "Self-Review" checkbox. In this way, participants will be able to evaluate themselves.
